Weight loss from a Biblical perspective. Click here. https://goo.gl/ELZi14
If it’s easy, it can’t be worth trying. If it is free it can’t be worth having. Easy come, easy go. You get what you pay for. Everything must be hard. Ninety- nine cents has become synonymous with fast food. While ninety-nine dollars means gourmet. The same man who will say, “You get what you pay for,” is the same man who will double his order at MacDonald’s.
Walking is free and easy, yet we don’t do it. Eating less is easy - and saves a ton of money - yet we stuff our faces like tomorrow there will be no food for anyone. Salvation is free, yet we believe — for some odd reason — God’s favor must be earned.
We have been so brainwashed when it comes to our health. If I were to say a person could lose all the weight they wanted just by eating less and walking more, I’d be ridiculed and laughed at. How do I know? Because it happens. A lot. Why do you think you can’t be healthy unless you sign up for some program, get a gym membership, have a coach, eat special pre-prepackaged foods, and exercise yourself to death?
Are you a glutton? I was. I live in Oregon now, but originally, I’m from Louisiana. And yes… we can eat. Even while writing this, if I were back in the French Quarter at the right restaurant, I might just become a glutton again - at least for about thirty minutes. And I would beat myself up for it afterword’s. Once a glutton, always a glutton. Once heavy, there is always the danger of going back.
